Secondly, a gap year can be beneficial for brings better preparation for students' physical and mental health/ well-being. By taking a gap year, student can have more time to relax and do exercises, which helps them students achieve higher academic result study well in the next year/ semester because they have much time to.

Admittedly, (WEAK), there are some disadvantages of taking a gap year/ spending a years to explore places and finding job.

However, in my view (STRONG), the advantages of taking a gap year are more significant.
