En Azlan, one of the staffs, explained to me about the events and program that they handle and the program were still running and also a brief explanation on Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah. One of the upcoming events is Program Jom Kurus that being handle by this unit.

For the first slot, they gave a talk about 'The Effects of Cigarette'. It it given by a 'medical officer' from 'chest clinic'. Many information about the smoking. For the second slot, they give a talk about 'How to Control The Stress' given by the 'counsellor officer'. During this slot, they learn how to reduce the stress and also they given to answer the questionnaire about stress. If the questionnaire is too high, they counsellor will try to help them.

For the last slot for today events, one officer from rehabilitation department gave a talk about exercising the body to make the body feel comfortable.

For the first slot, they zumba. It is conducted by the staff in the hospital. Everyone was enjoy the zumba. They do zumba for about 30 - 45 minutes. After the first slot, they take a break and have a tea. For the second slot, a dietitian officer gave a talk about diet to the participants. After done with the talk, they also have a demo cooking for healthy food.

For the last slot, after break for lunch, they continue to exercise which is conducted by the staffs 'Physiotherapy Unit'. Many types of exercise they do today. The participant enjoyed it well.

Many activities in the events like lucky dram, quiz, forum, talk by 'Pediatric Specialist'. The forum is about a talk with the patients. They share their experience as Thalassaemia patients to all the audiences. Lastly, the flowers were given to the parents and the children who Thalassaemia patients.
