         <description><![CDATA[<div>Inclusion practices are often used but not properly supported by the school culture. I find that it is difficulty to support sped students in their gen ed course because they are not properly accommodated or use terms “water-down” the curriculum when we give students more support ( ie accomodations). It is a constant battle telling gen ed teacher that student A belongs here. We shouldn’t have to defend a student for the right to their least restrictive environment. <br><br></div>]]></description>
