Last year I went on a trip with my friends from the faculty of psychology to a town called Acchi.
The objective of the trip was to give vocational orientation to the children of that town.
Acchi was a beautiful place, the view was really amazing there were so many trees and animals.
The people were very friendly, when we arrived they invited  to have breakfast. they prepared potato with cheese and apple water. 
everything was delicious.

Then we went to school to start the workshops with the children and parents. I was very excited and afraid of failing.
When the workshops finished everyone congratulated me I was very happy.
The next day we went camping in the hills with the children. We walked seven hours to get to the place. 
In the middle of the read  I couldn't breathe well because I don't walk usually, I couldn't keep walking so I took a break and drank a lot of water.
When we got to the place there was a lot of free field, we could play hide and seek, we could play with the lake water and we could make a bonfire, but we couldn't call our families because there was no signal. 
At night we told horror stories, and at ten o'clock at night the children went to sleep and we were still at the campfire but we couldn't make much noise because the children were sleeping. 
The next day we returned to town, we were all very tired. 
When we get to town I could take a shower, I could change my clothes and I could call my family.
When I  returned to Huancayo I began to walk more and do a lot of exercise. 
Now I can take long walks and I can breathe better, but I can't go long without drinking water when I do physical exercise.
