They tend to be understanding, authoriative, strong minded and suppotive. For instance, if everyone is counting on them to complete a task by a certain deadline, they are able to complete it with no worries, making everyone happy at the end of the day.
Weaknesses: Leaders have a tendency to become really hard on themselves when they do not live up to everyone's expectantions. Let's say they are working on a huge project for the school, their peers are happy and cannot wait. Along the way, the plans do not stick to what they were supposed to be. Dictators obtain their power and respect with force. Leadership is the ability to be strong enough to guide others into greatness. They influence their followers to adhere to them, they do not control. They are no different than the next person.
