^- He believed safety and health are links since he works in this field more than 20 years, this is because the company (customer) shall provide portable fire extinguishers and shall mount, locate and identify them so that they are readily accessible to employees without subjecting the employees to possible injury.

-  He said I can start but it is not much thing to do since the customers already take the equipment.

-  He gave me a table near to Kak Mariah (ADMIN & Account Clerk in MFPS who works about 15 years with him) and glad to ask her if have something to do.

-   He explained to me the job order, the branches, the list of customers they have and the license they sell (fire extinguisher must have the license).

- Mr Hj Mohd Nor busy with other tasks and ask me to go through their company by searching in Internet, FB and even the company profile (in a folio form). 

-   I got the company profile to learn and know their staff, their background and much more.

-  What I know, they are a lot of staff that worked more than 10 years for this company. Also, there a lot of customers and suppliers.

-    As conclusion, I feel great today because can works under MOS Fire Protection and System which is established company, well-known among big company like Lembaga Zakat Selangor, Pos Malaysia, Hosp. Tengku Ampuan Rahimah and many more.

- Before that, I took a look the equipment to be sell in the office like 1 kg ABC Dry Powder, Hose Reel, Hydrant, wheelchairs and many more.

-  After that, I read the job order list to get me ready if customers take their job order.

-  Then, I went to look through the price for the fire extinguishers and the list of package for distributors at the board.

-    At 2PM, a Chinese customer took a survey for fire extinguisher for her house because at her house had a small fire before. She left her contact and I give to Kak Mariah.

-  I hope at least I do something benefit to this company and have another big tasks to do tomorrow.

-En Mohd Nor shared to me how to approach people when to promote product. (When greet guard to see person in charge, know their greet language)

- I served 2 customers to meet En Mohd Nor.

- Whole day, I did simple research about MOS Fire Protection and System to do marketing strategies that I have learned.

- Today, I learned from Kak Mariah that many customers come to buy fire extinguisher because they experienced fire, but all this can prevent if all Malaysian have fire extinguisher.

- After that, I knew that Fire Fighter Squads want to obligate all Malaysian to have at least one fire extinguisher at home and car.

- At 3PM, a male customer wants to refill his 3 fire extinguisher and I learned that the price is about RM35-RM40 for refill the fire extinguisher.

- At 5PM, En Mohd Nor called me to present.  I confidently share what I know and he ask I will do SWOT analysis and present him at my last day as to improve his company’s strength.

- After a while, I searched about Fire Extinguisher Business Industry SWOT Analysis to explain soon to En Mohd Nor along the company SWOT Analysis.

- Because En Mohd Nor not feeling well, I just do my own work since Kak Mariah also didn’t give any task and said to do own work.

-And then, I simply clean up the table and rack.

-Honestly, I searched about the industry SWOT Analysis and can conclude the internal and external environment give a big impact to the industry for the day.

- I hope there will be task to do tomorrow.

- I keep thinking what work I can do today to increase this company profit, even at least I give something to company. Then, I thought try to promote to others since there still not much thing to do but I decided to promote the HOME FIRE SAFETY campaign organized by MOS Fire itself to my family and friends. It is quite important to have at least 2kg fire extinguisher in house and car because we do not know when fire happens

- This at least can help to increase the company profit without paying more in advertisement since I ask in WhatsApp to family and friends.

-I also promote to an aunt and her daughter that sell guava in front the office to have at least have a fire extinguisher at home.

-I just feel great today because everyone gives good respond even not confirm for buying.

-he showed to me plan sample and how to put the fire extinguisher etc at the place.

- he also showed me a portal system called eFeis (all fire extinguisher company or related registered there) and want me to learn from Kak Mariah. The system showed the payment done, APA registration and many more.

- Then, he ask me to do SWOT analysis for the industry, company and what business I want to do first.

- I did my analysis and served customer to meet En Mohd Nor.

- because have some problem in eFeis system, I will learn this next time.

- I practiced to present SWOT analysis to En Mohd Nor but he busy and will present next time

-eFEis is short form for Electronic Fire Extinguisher Inspection System.

-There a lot of branches for TNB and all the APA( alat pemadam api) need to register. This to make sure their fire extinguisher at the places had been register then they will pay for that.

-The most important list I need to know to register for each APA is:

·         Serial number

·         APA Status

·         APA Type

·         Manufacturer

·         Weight (KG)

·         Location**

·         Rating

·         Man. Month & Year

 

** Need new tab to register the location which is need to key in the room, the level, state, road/street, building name, locality, city and postcode.

-I complete some TNB branches registration for Proton City, Bukit Beruntung, Bukit Jelutong and HICOM.

-From what I know, the batch needs to paste at the fire extinguisher along with fire fighter license. 

-Today I done registered for TNB branches at Kalumpang, Kg Subang and Kapar 500 KV. 

-For more information, this registration only can do when the trusted and established company registered to fire fighter only can access the system called eFEiS. That’s why the password really important.

-During I register the fire extinguisher, I realise there a lot company register for the APA.

 - I can see the number for location ID will change far from what I have done from the latest and current location. Even I add the location about 5 minutes later.

This is some of list I refer when to register the fire extinguisher.

- During break time, Kak Mariah shared her story about how the company is. Before this, this company was in Kota Kemuning, near to her house. However, this company moved in Teluk Pulai about 30 minutes and more from her house but she stay working here because En Mohd Nor is a good boss and easy to deal. 

-This made me realised, if boss have good personality, employees also will stay to the company. This also can have good environment in company. From what I can see, En Mohd Nor always listen to Kak Mariah because she have been 15 years with him and know well to deal with customers who come at office.

- Today a Chinese customer comes to take her order. She bought a 2kg fire extinguisher (RM85) and a smoke detector (RM80).  During Kak Mariah prepared for the payment receipt, the customer take a look how to use smoke detector. En Mohd Nor have thought me how it work.

- The customer asked how to use; Kak Mariah and I said how to use. She reply okay and will reach MOS Fire contact if she cannot.

- And I also remember En Mohd Nor asked me before to do SWOT Analysis, but he was not around. But here is some of SWOT analysis I did for MOS Fire Protection and System. En Mohd Nor said to me before, he want to know what weakness that he can try to improve, and this is in my opinion.

 STRENGTHS (S) -  Variety of service offered
 -  Cheap and affordable price
 -   Many experienced staffs | WEAKNESS (W) -Less marketing activities
-Have problem in company web (got hacked)
OPPORTUNITIES (O) -Wanted products especially big company -received good response from customers
THREATS (T) -Have competitors

- It might not do so much but it great to work under a good environment company. I don’t get exposed to set up the system outdoor and only work in office but still have good experience in dealing with customer, getting know a online system only for fire fighter business can use, meet with good colleague and boss. 

- I clean up my table and arrange office equipment I used.

-  I thanked to En Mohd Nor and Kak Mariah as soon as I leaved the office. 

- After received EMPLOYER REPORT, I believe En Mohd Nor want I do better in my future and even said I need to step forward.
