Clarified the difference between Webinars and Welcome Groups – Webinars are pre-recorded, and can be thought of a pre-groups. Welcome Groups are interactive and build on the information provided in the webinars.

 

Each Group will have its own webinar. Members encouraged to view the associated webinars before coming to the group.

 

All groups will be facilitated by a few members of staff and members.

 

Suggested group topics (in no particular order) are:

 

 

The group discussed perhaps linking/combining some of the groups (e.g. Boundaries and Relationships, Risk and the Behavioural Policy).

 

It was acknowledged that this programme will be very challenging for prospective members, but that creating firm and compassionate boundaries around the groups is appropriate, and creates a template for our ongoing relationship with new members.
