Ask 5 whys whenever I encounter a child acting differently from the rest of a class. Ask why the child is acting that way? Does he feel uncomfortable? frustrated? and if the child feels uncomfortable, ask another why. Why is the child uncomfortable? Is there a part of the class activity that he/she cannot do/understand? why does he not understand? Did the child not study? Did the child study but can't comprehend? Why can't he comprehend? I am very sad that their were really students with those disabilities and I can't imagine how can I survive if I were in their shoes. As a teacher, all I can do is accomodate, support and respect them. We should make an inclusive environment particularly in our classrooms.

Have a 1-on-1 talk with their parents once I confirmed they do have history of sight impairment, discuss with them if they plan to treat their child’s disability early or they will get first reading glasses for them. I will offer my help too during their stay in our school, informing other teachers about their situation.

I can say that i am very lucky that i have accessibility in everything. Being not able to do something due to disability is very challenging. So let us all be kind to everyone.
Life is not easy for everybody.
I have a learner disability due to polio but he doesn’t want any special treatment but to be belong to everybody.
We must be more understanding and patient to them. Give them chance to showcase their talent and guide them to discover more of it.
