         <description><![CDATA[<div>*The finished instruction should be something that would take the average learner approximately <strong>10-15 minutes to complete</strong>.</div><div>*You should select a topic that by nature lends itself to a multimedia-based type of instructional project; that is, the inclusion of <strong>graphics, animations, and non-linear navigational elements </strong><br>*select a topic that is of interest to your group – it can be about anything, HOWEVER, please do NOT plan to create a project for later use in a commercial or academic setting outside of class. <br>*Also, <strong>do not</strong> select a “software” topic. We will not be creating a program that describes a software program, so topics such as “How to use Photoshop” or “How to create an animation in Captivate” are not allowed.<br>*I do urge you to use caution if you decide that your project needs either audio or video elements; in fact, this is generally <strong>not recommended</strong> for the scope of this project&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
