In the both maps, the only feature which remains completely the same is the clock tower in the middle of roundabout. However, the area surrounding the Clock are now planted with lots of tree. In the past, there were few buildings along side of the road. Today, in contrast, that area is fully covered with skyscrapers and the road itself is more crowded due to the increasing in number of cars.

There have been a lot of developments when compared to them of the past. A remote area is now more crowded and already inhabited by many people.
First, while most things have changed, the Clock Tower is still in the center. Then, many bushes on the sidewalk are cut down and some trees are planted around the Clock. Furthermore, an increasing number of tall buildings and skyscrapers have sprung up in recent years as a result of land reclamation. Different from before, more vehicles are used every day, especially cars. The road is more crowded due to the increased amount of traffic. Finally, in the past, this area was mainly covered with sand but today, only in certain areas has it.
Overall, the area has grown considerably. A remote area now becomes busier and has been living by many people.

The onlu feature which has remained the same during these decades is the clock tower roundabout while almost everything has changed.

In the past, there were a few buildings around the roads and most of the land was  emty. However, there are more high buildings and skyscrapers emerge in recent years . Differentiate from the past, more vehicles are used everyday, especially the cars. The road is more crowded due to the increase in number of transportations,some billboards have been installed. In addition, beforehand, the area was covered predominantly by sand but today, just in some specific parts of this area that contain it.

Overall, this area has developed significantly. Overall , it is clearly that Dubai has been mordernized after the construction of several facilities between  the previous years  and currently.

Indeed, the first picture looks like it was taken in a remote area which is very secluded with a few skycrappers and burst. In constrast, the second one is full-filled by all the noise and the traffic and the bustle.There were more trees been grown about the roundabout .  New building has mushroomed all over the area which made the picture more up to date , like a commercial center. 

In conclusion, therefore, Dubai nowsaday is known as one of the most developed city in the world.A modern city with a dense population.

It is noticeable that three main modification were made in Dubai. These involved the building of skyscrapers, more vehicles in the road and plans more trees in the centre. 
Looking at the changes in more detail, we can see that Dubai in the past most of the land was wasteland and empty, and mainly covered in sand, but nowadays instead we see the addition of skyscraper surrounding the road. Moreover, Dubai more trees has planned in the blank. What is more, the number of cars rised significantly.
