2. We figure out a strategy that utilizes the group: IE I want to get better at monitoring progress for a project 
- feedback on my plan (in whole group time)
- 2 execution moments-- invite 1 person to 2 meetings in the next 3 months 
- in the next Shared PD time, we come together and we reflect on our progress / make our next goal and plan as a team
