Are you coming back from vacation, do you have hundreds of photos you want to share? Have you made a video of your last outing that you would like to send to all your contacts? Got a great movie on your PC and want to email it? Your mailbox is likely to complicate your task!

Indeed, for most mailboxes a limit of 10 megabytes (MB) is imposed for attachments, knowing that a film can, for example, can reach 700 MB it is then impossible to be able to send it by email Ditto for photos, depending on the quality of the photo, the size of a single photo can reach several megabytes, so instead of splitting your uploads here is a tip to share your large files with ease.

File sending sites that allow heavy files to be transferred for free are a great alternative to your regular email. There are several: Wetransfer or Dropbox. We Transfer seems to be the easiest to use. It is therefore this one that we will take as an example.

You just need to upload your file (a folder of photos, a video, a PowerPoint, etc.) to the site, enter the email address of one or more recipients, your email address, and add, if desired, a message. Once your file has been downloaded and the information has been filled in, click on "transfer" and voila!

The recipient (s) will receive an e-mail informing them that they can download your file!

Here Are Few WeTransfer Alternatives or Sites like WeTransfer

1. MeeroDrop

Completely free and accessible without registration, MeeroDrop is the sharing tool you need if you work with visuals on a daily basis.

2. Smash
Smash is a very good solution since it is completely free, without weight limit, and devoid of commercial advertisements. The deletion of the uploaded file takes place after a maximum of 7 days.

3. TransferNow
TransferNow allows you to transfer large files up to 4 GB (or even 5 GB by creating a free account). Another very useful feature: you can customize the expiration date of the file (from 24 hours to 14 days after sending).

4. pCloud
pCloud provides free sending of large files up to 5 GB (and does not require any registration). It allows you to send an email to a maximum of 10 recipients (but not to generate a download link).

5. Filemail
Filemail is a real heavyweight in file transfer: it accepts attachments of up to 30 GB (and it is even possible to send an entire file). Its free version offers a 7-day deletion period.

Here is a list of few more services, through which you can email large files for free.
