I chose this project because this affects me in my life. This affects my life because my mom was young when she had me . So i decided to do my project on young mothers and just show their connection.

 

I created this project because my mom was 17 years old when she had me. My mom at 17 years old crossed the border walking for 3 days just so i could be born here. So once she told me about this i just decided to do my project on this topic. I feel the audience would get some type of idea when they see 2 young people next to each other.

 

That was my reason why i chose to do young moms. I just felt this really affected me and also because of what my mom went through just to have me here. I felt like this was just the right thing to shoot as my final project.
