I agree with her because when you are being conceived the female egg cell and the male sperm cell are combining, 23 chromosomes each and make a baby, 46 chromosomes. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Alexa said you get 23 chromosomes from your mom and 23 chromosomes from you’re dad and I agree because I’m meiosis the gametes have 23 chromosomes each and they both combine to create a mice embryo. The chromosomes determine your traits like fur color. Just like humans some of your traits are form your mom and the other are from your dad. You could have gotten your height form your dad and your eyes from your mom.<br><br></div>]]></description>

I believe that Alexa’s statement is true because we get 23 chromosomes from both parents and we join them together to get 46 chromosomes. Why there were more black mice than white, may be because the black fur may be a common/stronge trait than the white mice.For example in brown eyed and blue eyed people, most people get brown eyes because its a stronger gene.</div>]]></description>
