Week 1:
This week focused on identifying the research problem, key issues, and formulating the research title. I learned to analyze how urbanization, environmental stress, and mental health challenges among youth are interrelated. Defining the problem helped me understand the real significance of the study and how the research title should reflect both ecological and social concerns.

Week 2:
I worked on developing the research aim, objectives, and expected findings. Through this process, I learned how to create clear and achievable objectives that directly support the main research aim. I also gained a better understanding of how the expected findings can contribute to improving urban well-being through Nature-Based Solutions and therapeutic landscape design.

Week 3:
This week, I outlined the research methodology, reviewed relevant case studies, and explored the anticipated outcomes. I learned how to apply suitable methods such as surveys, interviews, and site observations to collect meaningful data. Studying related case studies also helped me visualize how similar approaches have been successfully implemented, guiding me toward developing an effective design framework for my own research.
