The diagram artifact is important to my learning due to being able  to see and identify the different levels of management within a company and know what each level of managers can do within their role.
The Top Level manager is like a CEO of the company, the middle level is the middle managers which are department heads or directors, the bottom level are the first line managers which are shift managers or office managers.

This cartoon artifact  is interesting to my learning because it truly shows how someone can feel or be looked at for speaking up against their company, a backstabber. This photo holds a hidden message for sure, which is someone who speaks out against abuse within the work place is considered un-loyal or a back stabber, this can lead to retaliation on that person .
