3)ICBL-CMC (International Campaign to Ban Landmines and Cluster Munition Coalition) is a campaign that PCBL and the Philippine Commission on Human Rights cooperated to ban landmines in the Philippines. PCBL provided risk education and promoted supports to support victims. This campaign will save civilians' lives and end the pain due to the mine.
