         <description><![CDATA[<p>Temporary contracts: </p><ol><li><b>Temporary</b>&nbsp;work or&nbsp;<b>temporary</b>&nbsp;employment refers to a situation where the employee is expected to leave the employer within a certain period of time.</li><li>They may work full-time or part-time, depending on the employers' needs but will only have a short contract.</li><li>They are used to replace staff when they are unable to fulfill their work requirements, such as employees on maternity/paternity leave and those suffering long-term illness.</li></ol>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ol><li>It is beneficial for the temporary employee as they are able to build up a range of work experience and can be hired through an agency, rather than applying for permanent positions.</li><li>It can be negative for the individual as well as they might have to readjust a lot and travel around to different companies. Also, they might struggle to adapt to new company's systems of operations.</li></ol>]]></description>

Also, they may have to pay for agencies to find them temporary workers.</li></ol>]]></description>
