The elements are divided into 3 groups.In the first group, the group with the highest percentage  includes personal satisfaction and ambition with 80%. they belong to personal feelings group. the second group is the negative feelings. Family pressure is the highest rate in the group with70%, and then pressure from society with 60% and peer pressure with 45% .And the last is  positive group , the highest is rivalry with 50%. And the rest of the positive are the factors accounted for small part in bar chart are fear of failure with 25%, envy with 30% and feeling in adequation with32% .It is clear that the elements  motivating to success depend mainly on  individual factors.

Here is the result of the survey.
In general the reasons why these people are successful depend on many different factors. It could be divided into two main groups which  are personal factors and external factors .Personal satisfaction and Ambition which belong to the group of personal factors account for 80%. After that, the other factors such as: fear of failure, envy, rivalty, money, desire for material things and feeling inadequate are 25%, 30%, 50%, 45%, 50% and 33% respectively. In the remaining group, the data can be seen as follow. family pressure is 70%, peer pressure is 45% and pressure from society is 60%. There are many  reasons for young professionals to be  successful . However, it is clear that it mainly depends on internal factors.

In the first group, Fear of failure and Envy/Jealousy being given at 25% and 30% respectively, Personal satisfaction and Ambition mentioned by 80% of those surveyed. Money, Desire of material things and Feeling inadequate being given at 45%, 50% and 34% respectively. 
Among external factors, Family pressure has the highest number of votes which is voted by 70% of votes in the survey, followed by Pressure from society by 60% and Peer pressure at 45%.
