The Salem Witch trials were all about people being accused of being a witch and punishment was execution. The first person to get executed was Bridget Bishop A scandalous and lustful troublemaker who was one day executed for accusations of witch craft. In document C it states. "These evil spirits are all around. There is confined unto the atmosphere of our air a vast power or army of evil spirits under the government of a Prince (Satan) who employs them in a continual opposition to the designs of God." In this text it very obviously enforces religion saying that witches are evil spirits confined in out atmosphere. A similar document states "Thou shall not suffer a witch to live." This may have connections to religion it may mean that you shouldn't suffer a witch an evil spirit to be in the presence of our world. Now the accusation side of things has a few cases as well take a look at document F the examination of Bridget Bishop. (Examiner) Why you seem to act witchcraft before us by the motion of your body, which seems to have influence over the afflicted?
(Bridget Bishop) I know nothing of it. I am innocent to a witch. I know not what a witch is. 
            Now this clearly shows how Bridget Bishop a simple thief was accused for witchcraft because of her wrong-doings. In document H it says. "The diagnosis of hysteria goes a long way toward resolving the historical debate
over the afflicted girls’ motivation. Adolescents, especially in the presence of
Ti-tuba, might very well have succumbed to the suggestion of bewitchment."
It says Hysteria takes place in many women and adolescent women take a look at document E. It states that of the people who accused other 23 out of 28 were women. Coincidence I think not this clearly shows that hysteria took a big part in the false accusation side of things.

As we saw in the accusation charts how most women accused and most women have hysteria. Also most of the documents that stated many religious words and statements.
