         <description><![CDATA[<div>Both sparta and athens&nbsp; had male and female roles.only athens had slaves and the men were the only ones that were aloud to have education. The woman were in charge of taking care of the house and kids.The spartans didn't really have schools. The boys were sent to the military at seven years old. The spartan also didn't have a government.</div>]]></description>

Athens did have government and for a little while they were a&nbsp; &nbsp; democracy, then they changed to a Empire which had a single ruler.</div>]]></description>
