Human Resources - hiring of new employees, their onboarding, support with their 30-60-90 plan, aligning their hiring with our organization structure 

Operations- building out systems and platforms to house application materials, growth of teachers and parents, to document and track contact, SOPs for events, etc.

Finance - monitoring and tracking DOE expenses, processing payments, reporting, etc. 

Communications - support the dissemination plan, consistent branding, interweaving the narrative of this work into the broader communication campaigns of the organization

Development - gathering the findings to support donorship, giving, and identifying other funding opportunities

RITES - supporting our Black parents involved in the work, supporting them in readying them for Residency, and engaging with other Black parents at referenced schools, etc. 

• The Dreamship - because we need Black parents to support the work, and we need them prepared and supported to do this work 

COOL - mastery of cultural activation; supporting the development of criteria used to help us understand the built environment and the degree to which that built environment is a manifestation of a Black Genius classroom

CDR+D - Leading the successful validation, development, and integration of the CACS, Resource Library, Black Genius Profile 

• CACS validation, youth engagement in that validation (Dr. Charity Griffin)
