As he reads the message his face turns from sadness to a look of overwhelming happiness and relief. He then starts to get ready for something; he grabs a coat brushes his teeth etc. Whilst he does so, shots from inside the bedroom intertwine with the ones of him getting ready. The bedroom shot slowly zooms on the phone until we see the message from a girl, we then see his hand grab the phone and out of shot. I like the idea as you could imagine it at the end of a full-length film. Music choice will be very important as it needs to be uplifting and/or romantic. It will also help to hint at what the text message said.
