Communicate every four weeks. A challenge is the attendance from parent when a meeting is set. A success is that if we do have a conference, we are able to create a plan of action to assist students with their academic success.

First grade

Provide a positive call in the beginning of the year. A challenge is finding a good time for parents to be able to actually speak and undestand their child's performance. Another challenge is the level of involvement parents have in their child's academics. As solution to this is consistency.

High school

A success is just being able to communicate the strengths and areas of growth a child is having without the parent feeling like it is a negative phone call.
