Some people believe that children should not be given homework everyday, while others believe that they must get homework everyday in order to be successful at school.
People have different view whether school shoud be given homework or not. However I agree that homework bring stressful to children, but I disagree that school should not give homework.
Some people think homework is not good for their children. For example, homework can be stressful for children. Everyday, they need study different course, and they must finish more homework. In this way, children don't have more time to accomplish other things.
Despite the above arguments, I think homework is important for children. Because the sense of time and responsibility will be improved by writing homework. For example, they need to plan their time in order to finish homework.
In conclusion, although homework can be stressful for children, I believe homework is important for children.

Some people think the best way to solve global environmental problems is to increase the cost of fuel.
To what extent do you agree or disagree? (Reported 2017, Academic Test)
Nowadays, global warming is a significant problem. And traffic pollution result this problem. Some people think that increasing the cost of fuel can solve global environmental, but I dont think so.
As we all know that environmental problems are caused by many aspects. Fule is just one of those problems. And I think increasing the cost of fule is not the best way. In fact, the rich don't care the increased cost of fuel, and there will be more pressure on the poor. This method will only lead to some people choose public transportation temporarity.
I think solving global environmental problems is important and difficult, so we need to do a lot of things at the same time. For example, we should enhance the propaganda, and call on them to choose public transport.
Overall, we must raise awareness of environmental protection.

Summary:

Reading more and writing everyday are two fundamental best practices to help improve your academic writing. Some of the following suggestions can help you:

1. Become a translator: Translating between English and your native language gives you a clearer sense of English and the proper way to use certain words, phrases and idioms.

2. Analyze dissertations in your field: When a topic interests you, read it thoroughly to see how the author guides you through his or her writing. I realized that by doing so, I now make fewer mistakes.

3. Don’t ignore your college writing center: Working one-on-one with a writing tutor brings you more helpful advice about academic writing than you might imagine.
