How are people getting treated-They are each being treated equally in socialism.

The different roles people have in Federalism are the federal government, the state governments, and local governments.

In a federal system, power is shared by the national and state governments. The organization appoints certain powers to be the domain of a central government, and others are specifically reserved to the state governments.
