Our goal is to maintain the wild vegetation of the Mediterranean ecosystem as it is, for our future generations to be able to profit as well from this prolific gift Mother Nature has given us.
Our symbol is -of course- the Wild Olive Tree, a tree that has so much to teach all of us!
Our Offices are based in Athens, Attica region, for here the Olive Tree was marveled upon and worshiped since antiquity.

Our goal is to protect the Natural Ecosystem we have lived in for centuries and give our children the chance to benefit from the many gifts it has to offer.
It is not by chance, that populations who base their nutrition in Mediterranean herbs and fruits and produces, live to be over a 100 years old.

The wild olive trees exist in large numbers on uncultivated land between olive groves and grow in the roots of the trees.

The wild olive is known since antiquity, since before the domestication that is believed to have taken place in Crete during the Minoan era, it was gathered during the Neolithic era as a food. Later, it is said that the Roman Emperors made oil of these and held it for their personal use. Over the centuries the wild olive oil was forgotten.

The fruit of the wild olive tree is one of the rarest and oldest of these gifts, which literally offers "Drops of Life" to the human body: an oil with very high numbers of phenols and an unblinking wild taste, that wants its time to tame the perception of a experienced taster.
