We ordered one of the glasses online to help grow it, the post office is backed up. YouTube said we could use a cup. After a few days, the water kept coming out of the cup. Growing an avocado seed is not as easy as the video made it look. One of the seeds finally sprouted, but died when it was trying to be planted. Since one died we went and got another avocado and started another one. The one side looks like it was thinking about growing. We used something different to grow it in.

I am doing this because I love to grow plants and do gardening. I am growing them in water and a cup to start with skewers. If it gets a sprout, I am going to plant it in a small pot with soil so it can keep growing. You will need to cut the avocado in half making sure you don't damage the pit. Then you will need to get toothpicks and a cup. You will need to stick your toothpicks into the avocado pit. Then cut them if you want to. You will need to them fill up your cup with water until it is at the bottom of the seed. When it is at the bottom of the seed you will need to wait a few weeks until there are roots.
