Donald: The poster is to explain the project to the city. There should be a common context overall. We are free to slightly change but stick to most of the narrative. Translation Possible, content-wise we have to follow the guidelines

Herbert: the target group is missing the politicians and the public. why?

Reason: the target group is listed in the application form, but we are not limited to it. You can target politicians, citizens, or other stakeholders you think is relevant.

Olena: We have to begin doing communication to see how it goes. Each project is unique.

The public will be informed through other channels, websites, and social media channels. The target of the project is a tool. So stakeholders who want to be updated can do so via social media. These can be addressed later in the project.

Outreach Summary:

Hanna: We had to remind the AO to get involved. We are not sure if we could get the Denmark people to get the AO to be involved.

Donald: The last one worked

Hanna: One had to cancel due to sickness but it worked

Online participation calls for less preparedness, offline is more serious but requires funding.
