Suny Fernández will conduct a session to teach the art of Visual Thinking. This technique can be used in your personal life, but in relation to the project it will come in handy to create diffusion materials for our schools: posters, social media posts, etc.

Breathing workshop

Merche García-Valiño, yoga and pilates teacher, will conduct this workshop in which she will teach us diffetent breathing techniques. Breathing is a very powerful tool, and hopefully we will master ir a bit more after this session.

The group "Creo Común" have been touring the schools of Spain since years ago, promoting well-being by acting out situations that affect our young people: substance-abuse, mental health, phone-addiction, etc. Their session will actively involve all the students, and will surely be memorable.
