I think some form of work-from-home will be here to stay. Not 100% of the time and not for 100% of workers. But this pandemic, I think, has allowed a reimagining of workspaces.

I think it will be here to stay for a while because alot of businesses realize they can still get the same work done with many less expenses. I think a good amount of people also enjoy working from home but that also comes with a lot of people wanting to be back at work. There is many pros and cons to this topic, but in my opinion there are more pros and I think it is here to stay.

There always will be arguments for and against working remotely. I think that the main lesson we have grasped from the situation with Covid-19 is a necessity to be flexible and adaptive. It’s very difficult to predict future trends and challenges for both employers and employees, as the pace of our life grows steadily, ability to stay in touch regardless distance is already a part of our life as well as the need to move. Of course, some people will get back to work and some will keep working remotely.

I personally think depending on the type of person the employee is can work from home but if you are a employee/person that needs to be changing where you spend your time it would be a good decision to go back to work in a office. I like going to places and leaving home stuff at home and going to school setting or a work setting compared to a room in my house.

I think that working from home is here to stay but not forever because some companies would probably be hybrid and allow there workers to come in some days of the week but not everyday because some people might not feel comfortable coming back.

I think that many companies will maintain some type of work from home system, even after restrictions loosen. Although many companies will require employees to come back to the office, I believe working from home will stay because of the various benefits it provides for many people, not just employees (students, managers, teachers, etc).

I think that since companies were kind of forced into making work from home possibly that they may keep it as an option. Some people are really good at working from home but once it is safe for people to work in an office they should have a choice.

I think that 'working from home' is both here to stay and not. Depending on what an individual is doing and if the work is excelled in person then it should not be done online from home. Since adapting to the new normal of an online workspace the companies and schools will now stick to it in any form as there are all around benefits.

I believe that it is good option to work from home for both Employers and employees as it is better for people's safety and health. So it will stay here for a while but not for longer period. Because in many jobs or businesses it is very important to be present at the work place. At that time working from home is not possible or very hard. I think that if given the choice most people would choose to work at the office because by being there they can socialize more and can be in working environment so it can motivate them.

I think that working from home is most likely here to stay since remote work helps a lot of people to have a good work-life balance. There are fewer distractions and more personal time for many employees. Though a hybrid work model is a good option as well for those who likes to be working on-site because it gives them the choice to pick the environment they're most effective working in.

In my opinion, working from home is better because everyone can be safe. If people get used to working from home, then probably in the future people will stay home while working. Except, polices, nurses, and all essentials workers. However, I wish this pandemic will end soon so that we can enjoy again the life that we used to have before the pandemic started.
