If I were to rate Caesar out of 5, I would give him a 4. The main reason is because I think Caesar was a great leader. He was able to bring together all of Rome, and spread its rule throughout all of Europe. He was also able to support all of his people, which made him extremely popular among the Romans. Even though he was a dictator, he treated others well, and was very famous among all Romans. Overall, besides being a dictator, Julius Caesar was a great leader in my opinion.
