This one time at work I was taking the food out to a table of customers. When I took the food to the table the customers said they didn't order one of the dishes. To sort this issue I took the dish back to the kitchen and reassured the customer that they would get their correct food. It turned out that the chef had mixed up the orders and the wrong dish was meant for another table. This issue was easily overcome as I politely asked the chef to make the dish that the customers were missing.

College interview

When I enrolled at college I had to do an interview. When I attended my interview I turned up with my GCSE results and my personal CV. I did this to present myself well and make a good impression. I also wanted to give the interviewer a chance to know me better, so I offered to leave my CV with them. During my interview I tried to speak clearly and punctuate myself correctly. This was so I made a good impression.
