         <description><![CDATA[<div>It's a temporary measure,¨ Dad told me. He explained that he was going to hire a truck to cart the garbage to the dump all at once. But he never got around to that either. The quote explains this since two of his kids Jeanette and Brian dug a hole to help start the glass castle. Later on the father tells them to throw their trash in there.&nbsp;<br><br>In the story the father Rex would always tell his children that one day he would build a glass castle. But it never happened. The picture shows how he broke a promise that he made.</div>]]></description>

She would get mad cause she couldn't believe her father would asks after her working so hard for it. Then getting mad at herself for giving in to her father.&nbsp;<br><br>The pictures shows that the parents would fight lots of times. Complaining about lots of things and never caring for their kids. While the kids were the ones who were really in charge of taking care of the house and themselves.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

This shows how since Jeanette was small she had to do everything on her own.<br>The picture is of two hot dogs which is what had burned Jeanette when she was little.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dialogue: I never believed in Santa Claus. None of us kids did. Mom and Dad refused to let us.<br>This explains how the parents didn't have money to buy presents. So they had to tell the truth as in their is no such thing as Santa.&nbsp; Also not wanting them to think they weren't good as other kids.<br><br>The picture shows how the Walls kids stood out since they never really had a really childhood. They were forced to grow up faster than the other kids.</div>]]></description>
