Throughout a lesson, a teacher can use a variety of written works by various authors.

Bringing in visitors from different backgrounds to speak to the class and share their cultures and how they got to where they are now is another technique to broaden the students' understanding of various cultures.

Multicultural literature that can be used in a classroom is "All are welcome " by Alexandra Penfold and Suzanne Kaufman. Another literature is "Happy In Our Skin" by Fran Manushkin. These literatures can help children to understand that there is different culture out in the world.

There are some major events that took place back in which students can search up or even by teachers including them in their lesson plan.

The instructor must become familiar with the culture of their students before they can recognize and make use of their cultural origins. To help the pupils feel seen and appreciated, educate them about significant anniversaries, customs, holidays, and anything else of relevance.

Educators should acknowledge their students in every way. For example, asking students to speak more about their experiences in their culture and understand what they been through.

Among the tactics teachers might use to accommodate the requirements of various students are movement-based learning, using technology to translate written and spoken assignments, using visual aids in the classroom, and monitoring students' progress throughout the semester.

In order for the teacher to meet the needs of the students with multicultural diversity every lesson should be tailored so the student could retain all information throughout the school year.

The objective of every educator is to establish an inclusive classroom that celebrates ethnic diversity. Posters and photographs of individuals from various backgrounds are excellent visual aids that can be used to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Having teachers to celebrate every holiday there is in the calendar can also help a student to acknowledge their culture. Also helping the classroom learn about those important holidays and make them feel accepted and celebrated.

In a whole classroom setting the first rule about being kind and respectful to other should be on the teacher's lesson. Being able to teach students to respect other students with different cultures and having them give respect while talking can make a positive learning environment.

In order for a teacher to incorporate different cultures in a classroom, the teacher can learn to say good morning in different languages so any students that they may have can feel welcomed. Even putting up posters and pictures of how different languages can help communicate with others and being able to socialize more better.

Everyone involved in an educational setting can benefit from the involvement of families and the community. This can be aided by having community members visit and address the school, demonstrating that anyone can succeed regardless of background.

By gathering information from the community and giving them a voice, educators may better bridge the divide between the community and the school while simultaneously promoting the celebration and appreciation of many cultures and holidays in both settings.

Having diverse cultural festivals in the school can help parents' and students to understand how every culture has different foods, customs and attire.

Festivals in school can bring a very great diverse of cultures. However, having the parents and teachers organize feast of the day or a Multicultural March in which it can open and explore students taste, smell, see, touch and hear.
