A major reason being wrong market, many startup companies never fully understand their markets completely and this misleads them a lot as they might either be way to ahead for their market to not being compelling enough to make the necessary sales. A vital reason most startups also fails has a lot to do with money, when a company doesn't operate within its means as well as poor money management it will end up leading to companies laying off staff in order to survive. The article detailed a simple series of guidelines to alway check whilst running a company.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>this video talks about the reason target failed in canada, target which is a discount retail chain decided to expand its stores from the US to Canada. after opening more than a 100 stores which were all purchased from Zellers a canadian discount chain, at time it seemed smart but soon after they realized that the location of their newly owned stores where located in awful locations which weren't attracting as much customers as well the configuration of the stores didn't fit so well with targets layout.</div>]]></description>
