         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think a daily habit that will help a person be happier is waking up early and getting a workout in. I think just waking up early can lead to being happier and more successful. I think this because I always feel better when I wake up early compared to later in the day. A workout could help in the morning to get active and you'll feel better about your self if you get that workout in. </div>]]></description>
