The book seems to have come in their way, would not appreciate or value the book. Socio-economic Background: There will be sense of abundance in these children. Seeing or getting a book may not gratify them the way it did to the children in the previous setting. They would be used to books and books may not appeal to these children like that.
2. Setting: Skating Board: This is a Skating board, a setting, where children come for a physical work and they may not find it appropriate it to read. Had they been on a bus journey, they would have liked to pick it up.
3. Current Times: CONDITIONING TO SAFETY The picture also is about the current times, where children are wearing masks and they may not pick up any thing lying on the ground. It might create a danger of getting an infection.
