·       Get good dates from HR leaders

·       One or two sessions depending on business needs

·       Bring Brecksville folks to GR

·       Can possibly have other folks attend at well depending on how many and what other locations we may need to have intensives at

 

Human Resources is scrubbing the attendee list now

-          PRADCO- EI assessment – need to see if we send them a list can they launch that portion of the assessment

o   Patsy to call Caleb with PRADCO

-          Pre-Work

o   Jenny has a course built Add MVV and intro to pre-work (Leadership intro course) 

o   Appreciation Survey- Patsy to send out, get results, compile and work with Dave to put in Google forms/docs and graphical depiction 

-          Question- wonder if Marketing has appreciation notecards ready to hand out? Would nice a nice gift. If so, maybe incorporate these into the presentation in the ILT

-          Leadership behaviors – Chris F is working on this; for one day intensive maybe we can pull and call out a few 

o   Maybe weave these through the presentations

o   Chris and Barb are working on leadership and values- weaving together

-          Empowerment- Patsy has something and has done for folks before. ZAPP

-          PreWork- is there anything from Open Sesame that we want to incorporate into pre-work?

-          7 Hidden Reasons—is pretty meaty so maybe just talk to this when we are going over exit, Pulse and social feedback

o   Maybe talk about a reason and then we weave in what our people are actually saying 

-          For Effective Communication Pasty sent over some materials  and has other content 

-          EI: we need to decided what will be taught and what content is essential

o   Look at their assessment

o   Help them understand what their style is

o   3 pcs to EI (self-awareness; how you are perceived; how this impacts people you work with and the organization)

o   Then why is this important and pick out from EI assessment and match to activities

o   Patsy brought up activity on how this impacts coaching- may be a good one to include 

o   Accountability/Empowerment- Patsy found a deck on Mclean and there is a good deck and info on Empowerment/Trust 

o   There is a bridge course on setting and managing expectations (might be good post work/reminder) 

o   Trust/Empowerment/Accountability (make this one section)—Mcclean has a pyramid portions that would be good; Zapp could be good 

Barb- Emotional Intelligence

Christal- Welcome slides, Review Jennys Intro Slides, Effective communication 

Patsy- Empowerment/Engagement;  Pull together Mclean and other info

Jenny- Pull out Appreciation/Recognition info from Summit PP

 

Need to flush out- Giving/Rec Feedback/Diff Conversations (Patsy sent some stuff, CB may have some from old training)
