Free basic health care with specialtys costing money like surgerys. Free mental health ed with cheap metal health care. All health care is the same cost no matter the race for the same treatment. More hospitals and doctor offices in low income areas. More education on health mental health sex ed.

We can be good people and be fair and kind.

Our health system is flawed (just like everything because everything and everyone has a downside to it or them) but we can adapt and change our system.
