The text describes a traveler’s experience on the Camino de Santiago, a famous pilgrimage route in Spain. The traveler arrives in a town called Portomarin, feeling happy and content after a long walk through beautiful countryside. They stop to rest on a stone wall, enjoying the peaceful moment. Later, they see two bikers who crash at the bottom of a hill, and instead of feeling smug, the traveler feels sorry for them.

The traveler stays in a modern inn with friends and visits a historic chapel in Portomarin, which was moved stone by stone to save it from flooding when a dam was built. The next morning, the traveler goes to the chapel alone but is joined by a young pilgrim in a red jacket. They both feel a sense of peace and spirituality in the chapel. The traveler prays, not asking for anything but simply giving thanks for the journey and the moments of rest and beauty.

The traveler feels a deep connection to the young pilgrim, as if they’ve known him all his life. The light in the chapel feels pure and transformative, and the traveler senses that the young man has found what he needed there. When the traveler leaves, the young pilgrim is already gone, but the moment leaves a lasting impression.

The traveler rejoins their friends, who ask about the chapel. The traveler simply says it was “very nice,” feeling grateful for the experience. The story highlights the beauty of the journey, the importance of slowing down, and the spiritual connections that can be found along the way.

A traveler arrives in Portomarín, a town with a fortress church, after walking through the beautiful countryside. His friends keep walking, but he stops to rest on a stone wall, enjoying the warm sun and feeling happy. As he sits, two fast Italian bikers race past him. Later, he finds them at the bottom of the hill, where one has a flat tire after hitting a rock. Instead of feeling proud, he feels sorry for them, understanding that the Camino de Santiago is a special journey meant to be taken with patience.

That night, he sleeps in a clean, modern hotel with his friends. In the morning, while they drink coffee, he visits the old church in the town plaza. The church was carefully moved stone by stone before the original village was flooded by a dam. Inside, the church is simple and peaceful, with soft morning light shining from above.

A young man in a red jacket enters, another traveler like him. They move in different directions, but both enjoy the quiet space. The boy sits and stares at the light, deep in thought. The traveler suddenly feels a strong connection to him, as if he has known him all his life. Then the moment passes, but the warm feeling remains.

As the boy leaves, he smiles openly, showing he had been lonely, but now he felt better. The traveler also feels changed. Back with his friends, he adds sugar to his coffee and, when they ask about the church, he simply says, “It was nice. Very nice.”

A Visit to Pashupatinath Temple

There are many places in my country that I have visited, but today I am going to write about a place I recently visited—Pashupatinath.

Two months ago, I went to Pashupatinath Temple with my family. We traveled there by public bus from Om Janata Yatayat. When we got on the bus, there were a lot of people, and we didn't get a seat. So, we had to stand throughout the journey.

After reaching our destination, Gaushala, we walked towards Pashupatinath Temple. It is one of the most famous temples in Asia and is located in Gaushala, Kathmandu. According to a legend from the Lichhavi period, a cow named Survi used to offer milk at a particular spot every day. One day, a man saw this, and later, people discovered the Shiva Lingam at that location. As a result, they built the Pashupatinath Temple, where devotees worship Lord Shiva.

When I heard this story about the temple, my faith in Lord Shiva grew stronger. The temple is located near the Bagmati River, which holds great religious significance river. As we walked near the river, we saw small temples and jungle areas. We also saw Pashupatinath Aryaghat. According to Hindu tradition, people are cremated after death at this ghat.

While we were visiting the temple, suddenly a red monkey came near me and snatched the worship materials from my hand. I was shocked, and then he ran away. There were also Aghori Babas. They were naked, and their bodies were covered with ashes. They wore Rudraksha garlands. There were many pilgrims, both national and international. Most of the pilgrims were from India.

Finally, I was very happy to visit Pashupatinath Temple. I saw many mysterious things and met new people. My trip was interesting and enjoyable.

I along with my friends went to Bhaktapur Durbar Square the last week. It is one of the most religious places of Nepal. We went by bus and it stopped in Tinkhele. Then we walked for few minutes and finally reached our destination.

In the very first hour of our entry, we observed ancient looking hiti (public watering place),community center, pati etc. We took rest on the stone and enjoyed the scenarios of the place. We watched the group of tourists enjoying their visit. Then we walked forward and gazed Golden Gate which was built out of copper gilding. There is a temple in the courtyard, the Taleju Temple and it's entrance is only for Hindus. Crossing the courtyard, a lane leads to Nyatapole Temple. We were overwhelmed by seeing such a beautiful temple styles in pagoda with five storeys. It is the tallest temple in Nepal. We got to know that local people begin chariots from this temple in Bisket Jatra(Bhaktapur's biggest annual festival).

We clicked many photos, with tge famous temole standing tall and proud above. After some time, we went to some shops to quench our hunger. Definitely, we could not skip juju dhau as Bhakapur is highly famous for Juju Dhau. Also, we have had Newar spicy food. Then it was the time to leave so we sat on sukul at the last and gained the spirituality, peace and relaxation.

Really, the travel made me increase love for the nature as well. We all felt being surrounded by some divine power. And at around 5'o clock , we reached our house.
