Malala's life in college was difficult because she thought that she would stand out because she won The Noble Peace Prize. But when she got to the university she was welcomed as a student. For Example" I was nervous, I was actually scared wondering how people would react. How would I make friends? But I was welcomed as a student ... I’ve made so many friends." She was nervous at first but as it said in the story she was welcomed. This is how Malala"s life was in College.

In England Malala would like to see women and men to be equal and not just in England she wants it everywhere. One thing she wanted came true which was women going to school. For Example" There are things I have seen here which I value and appreciate: no girl is told not to go to school because she is a girl." This is telling us that just a girl is a girl doesn't mean that they can't go to school. Another example is "But there is still a lot of work to be done," she said. She notes that fewer women are leaders in British government. Women still receive lesser pay and face unfair treatment." This is telling us that women still are receiving less money and unfair treatment than men and that has to be stopped. This is what Malala would want to see in England.

Resources-NewsELA
Story Name-Noble Peace Prize winner Malala Yousafzai says college can be "challenging."
(where i got my info)

Malala ~
Malala's life in college is very hectic and fast paced. For example Malala said that she often has to stay up late to finish her work. She also said that everyone struggles and are panicking with their reading. Also, Malala must work very hard to balance school and her very important campaign for girl's rights to go the school in her country. The last reason that I think that Malala's life in college if hectic is because she is studying many things. For ezample , "Yousafzai is studying politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford." This is why Malala's college life is hectic and fast paced.

What Malala would like to see happen for women in England is very simple. She wants women to be treated equally. For example, Malala said that she expected women in England to be treated more fairly. She said that she expected women in England to be treated more equally than they were in her home country. Women in England are paid less and are discriminated against and can be harassed. She wants that to change because she beleves that women should be treated equally. Honestly, I don't understand why women are thought of as below men. We are people and deserve equal pay and education.

It is a struggle since she is still is trying to help the girls in Pakistan get a education to become someone in life. Malala is a good person and is doing a good deed for Pakistan girls even though she got shot for trying to education and trying to help girls get a education now that shes in England she is still trying to help and would like to see that rights are better in England then they are in Pakistan. All she really wants is for men and women to have equal rights. In the text it says,''She is also partnering with the technology company Apple to make the Malala Fund. It will hopefully help pay for college education for more than 100,000 girls.
