Title: Medical delivery drones take flight in east Africa

Current innovation: The drones, called Zips, fly blood packs from a distribution center to 21 hospitals located within 75 kilometers. In an emergency, a doctor can use WhatsApp Messenger to request blood, which gets packed into a Zip that’s fired into the air with a catapult. Zipline’s drones can deliver their blood products where they’re needed, normally in less than an hour from the time the order is placed.

Activator play an important role in making us feel happy, which would also improve the efficiency of our work.
Carter: We have some team members and we do the same project. Definitely, we need to communicate with each other and express our own opinions. People with communication skill can easy express themselves and they can deal with some conflict better.
 
Daniel: We should focus on timelines and deadlines. We should break long term projects into a series of specific short-term plans, and then work through each plan diligently. Otherwise we don’t know what should us focus on and what is the next step.
Emily: Different people have different ideas, it’s much easier for us to suffer from conflict. Standing in other people’s position to think about the questions is the best way to solve the problem. So only people who has this quality can do this. As a team, we should have a member who would know others better and take care of other members.
Sheila: In my opinion, people who has this ability is the core of our team. If we do a project, we need a lot of ideas, strategies. People with this ability can lead us find the way to figure out the problem.
