         <description><![CDATA[<div> I studied ISN booklets of various students. GT, ESL, BIL, Special ed. I presented <strong>life cycles</strong> page from each of these students. They all had different pictures describing same concept. </div><div>When the teachers saw them they were all surprised! But my point was well taken. That's why all students who receive supplemental aids should not receive all same samples. Each student is different. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>This is what we are going to do next -</div><div>1) Teachers will pull these students in small groups and like a brain dump activity help them retain the information and create a supplemental aid with them. </div><div>2) This will continue and they will start using them in the classroom as well as on the test. </div><div> </div><div>I am just so excited that finally this makes sense to them and we are moving in a productive direction.<br><br></div><div>Thank to Sherri for coming in and helping me out.</div><div>Thank to you for coming in two years in a row with a smile and training our teachers. </div>]]></description>
