Hannah Senesh is someone who saved multiple lives during the holocaust in 1941 in Poland. She wrote many poems and diaries in kibbutz sdot yam ( the camp she was in). She was a paratrooper trained to rescue Jews during the holocaust. She was born in Hungary and then she immigrated to mandatory Palestine in 1939.

Hannah senesh had a big impact becuase when she wrote all of the poems and diaries and after she passed away somebody found the poems and her diary and they could trace and find out what really happened in the camps.

Hannah Senesh was born in july 17 1921 in Hungary. She was the daughter of a journalist and author so she had her own literary talent at a young age. She had a diary from when she was 13 years old to death. Her family was ani semenic but she was not. Hannah died on november 7 1944 and she died from a firing squad execution.

In 1949 she volunteered for the british army and set out a parachute behind enemy lines in europe. when she crossed the border to hungary, she was captured hungarian forces allied with nazi germany.

hannah senesh assisted anti nazi forces and ultimately in the rescue of hungarian jews about to be deported to the german death camp at auschwitz. She returned to hungary to help organize jewish emigration while it was still possible to do so.
