Hi! I think being an ambassador has given me motivation to empower other women to do computer science. I hosted a hackathon at my school and was able to get a lot of girls who wouldn't normally do CS involved. It was great to see them getting invested & interested in something that seemed difficult to them at first! -Victoria

I don't think being an ambassador impacted me too much, but it did impact me a bit because it sort of pushed me to host a class about coding which I probably wouldn't have done before. I'm not too sure on the impact I had on others, but hopefully it made people less scared to take computer science next year. (We have coding in physics and people get really confused by it and possibly scared off from coding because of that)

Being an ambassador has impacted me in a beneficial way by helping me become more social with others. I was able to interest a couple girls in the middle school for high school classes by going to their lunch and talking to them about what I've learned.

As an ambassador it has been exciting to see the interest in computer science grow and meet other like-minded peers that are passionate in CS. It brings me joy to see people that have never been interested in CS that never would have seen it as an option as something to do engaging and learning about it.

Being an ambassador impacted me in that I got to share my passion for computer science with my peers and encourage them to take interest in computer science. It was really rewarding to see people becoming interested in computer science, and I have really enjoyed my experience.

Being a CS Ambassador was truly an enjoyable experience! Not only was I able to nurture an interest in computer science within young ladies, but I was also able to highlight the importance of computer science classes in our school and bring that to the attention of our school administrators.

Being an ambassador has really helped me see just how much people can benefit from exposure to computer science. We did trips around the elementary schools in my district and got wonderful feedback. Some even said they wanted to do computer science for the rest of their lives!
