Overall thought for Lab Days: for virtual sessions we should choose 1 topic in the morning and one in the afternoon so we can build in adult thinking and processing as well as applying. There just was not enough time. For in-person thinking about the same lines. Don't cram too much content and not enough time for thinking, processing, problem solving, planning, etc.
