Great, supportive staff that wants to help

Giving consequences or something to teach kids how their behavior affects others. The behaviors do not change because there are no consequences. Kids NEED structure and consequences. It's a bad cycle and we set kids up to fail when we don't show them how things will happen in the real world when they behave in certain ways.

All of the parent resources to send home say that families should attend workshops at their school to learn more about RULER or that we will "design" resources and activities to send home to families. A lot of the home communication is PDF format so it can't be changed. Are we planning workshops and activities? Or should we not send any communications home?
