Refugees may not speak the same language as you but you should still try to help them find a better place to live. Some refugees may not be very educated because they did not have access to schools in their country. Most Refugees do not have money because they often have to leave their homes and belongings in a hurry. Refugees practice many different religions depending on where they are from.

Refugees have no specific look besides the look of wanting something, a home. Some refugees are highly educated and doctors maybe but they had to leave their job and life behind. Lastly, I learned that ther are alot of refugees that are under the age of 18 making them kids. I learned the experience of being a refugee is scary because you never know if you’ll make it or not. 1. The first thing I learned was that people that take the really tiny boats don’t have any chance because they won’t move because there are so many people.
2. The second thing I learned was that living in tents for a long time can be very dangerous because someone can easily burn themselves.

It would really be a struggle to live in that small of an area. I am so used to being able to walk around my house and being able to go into other rooms.

Some reasons I believe that people choose to leave their home are war, famine, looking for a job or better work, and to escape violence in their home countries. I can imagine that their journey can be very long and dangerous. They may travel through dangerous terrain, be treated poorly by human traffickers and exposure to harsh weather. Then they would need to get across the border and that might not be easy because that person might not have the proper paperwork to get across the border such as a passport or money.
