They can also search about the topic and be ready for the Class. Furthermore if they have a visual or transcript about the listening text in their coursebooks they can understand the listening easily.
Authentic listening is also beneficial for students since they can listen the speakers in its original form. Students can learn different accents of English. We can also get their attention more quickly with authentic listening such as listening texts from movies songs etc. I can say that both authentic listening and coursebook listening can be beneficial according to level, age and grades of students.
 We can use some different activities to develop Active speaking in our classes such as Dual dictation, Class Memory and listen for lies. My favorite activity is dual dictatiton since students can develop their reading speaking and writing at the same time. In other words, listeners can't control how quickly speakers talk. When we don't understand something we can't interrupt conversation. 
This problem is also a major challange that teachers can face related to listening or speaking.

It is enjoyable because most of the students enjoy spending time on the internet, or in front of the computer. So giving them some homeworks that they can do via computer can be enjoyable for them. Furthermore, they can be more confident when they are enjoying with the flipped tasks. Another advantage of flipped classroom is, students can be autonomous. Teacher gives them some tasks to do at home and they can do it without pressure. In addition to these aspects, students have a chance to review their tasks and correct their mistakes.
 However, I have some concerns about the flipped classroom as well. It increases the time of students in front of the screen. Teachers can't give them immediate mistakes. There may be also some studens who unable to have technological devices due to financial issues.
Nevertheless, I think my colleagues would respond to flipped clasroom positively. Since this approach gives students an opportunity to be more confident and willing. They can come to lessons prepared for the topic and this helps the teacher. This method is being used by teachers for several reasons. For example such as the level and grade of students. Explicit method is a traditional method that teachers were tought when they were students, so it can be also hard for teachers to change their teaching method. Another aspect is sometimes it is hard to prepare materials for teacher. Teacher should work a lot to do practices in  the class. This may be one difficulty for the teacher when he wants to use implicit method. However implicit method is better for students especially for strongers because they are not only listen the teacher but also discover things about the lesson by themselves.

I liked these ideas because they can be used in our classes easily. When I try to learn a different word, I visualise it in my mind, I match the meaning of the word with picture so it becaomes easy to memorize. Students can also learn new words with this way. Personalisation is another useful idea for students to learn a word since everyone has his/her own learning style. Use it or loose it is also a good activity to get familiar with a new word.
Our cowboy game is really worth to try in the class and I will definetly try it because it takes a short time to do thus every student in the class can have a chance to attend the activity. Moreover, we can easily review the lesson, it is a very enjoyable game.
I am also going to try gamestolearnenglish.com because it free to use, there are various games for practicing pronounciation, grammar, the form and using of the word and spelling. We should provide support and guidance to the group. As a PLC facilitator we should motivate teachers to solve problems that we face. We can facilitate colloboration and give feedback to the ministry about the needs and problems.
I think being a facilitator makes me feel creative because we meet with teachers from our local area. We have a chance to discuss our problems with them and think about the solutions.
I have met with so many expert teachers in this programme and even after this training programme I can contact with them and ask their thoughts, opinions about PLC. We can communicate with each other via our class whatsapp group.
I can also cooperate with other PLC facilitators in my region to make a meeting programme, share our experiences and other subjects. 
Today's session about the PLC was a really useful for me to get the answers of my questions.
